• Provide surgeon support in hospital, OR and clinic
• MercyOne Genesis, Davenport: a level III trauma center
• Additional surgical access planned for MercyOne Genesis ambulatory surgery center opening in Spring 26
• New hospital planned for future in thriving Bettendorf community

• Competitive compensation - Salary range - $135-$149k, plus productivity
