Cases and Procedures
- Full primary care (physicals, chronic condition management, acute episodic care, full lab services, immunizations, shots)
- Minor acute care
Schedule
- Dates: 2/16/26-5/10/26
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday; 7a-6p
- No call
Requirements
- Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- BLS and DEA certifications required
- Indiana medical license
- Minimum of 36 months of experience
