• Full-Time in Little Rock with travel to Fort Smith 1-day per week
• Part-Time can be solely 1 or 2 days in Fort Smith or possibly in the Little Rock area
• Accommodations will be provided for travel
• Schedule can be built to work around your needs
• Manage a low-volume, higher acuity patient panel
