Nurse Practitioner - Outpatient Primary Care

This practice welcomes both experienced Nurse Practitioners and well-trained new graduates, offering the structure, mentorship, and flexibility needed for long-term success.

Position Highlights

• Outpatient-only practice with no hospital responsibilities
• Diverse patient panel including pediatrics through geriatrics
• Manageable daily volume of 11-14 patients per shift (growth target up to 25)
• Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends
• No in-clinic holiday coverage
• Phone-only call shared approximately one week per month (triage only)

What We're Looking For

• Active California Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility to obtain
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult populations preferred
• Open to well-rounded new graduates with strong clinical training
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Compensation & Benefits

• 40 hours of CME time plus a $2,500 annual CME allowance
