We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner /Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and the management of chronic conditions.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and medical histories

- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries

- Manage chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies

- Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed

- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention strategies

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
