St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Capital Region Family Health in East Greenbush, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital-affiliated support.

About the Practice:
Capital Region Family Health is a highly regarded group of 13 providers offering comprehensive care for patients of all ages-from newborns to geriatrics. Services include routine care for illness and chronic conditions, preventive health screenings, immunizations, physicals (employment, school, insurance), and sick visits by appointment.

Requirements

• NYS licensure as NP or PA
• Board Certification
• DEA registration
• Strong interest in caring for patients across the lifespan

• Starting base salary: $130,233 with productivity incentives from day one
