Join a well-established, privately owned dermatology practice that has served its community for over four decades. With increasing demand across the region and no local competition in general or cosmetic dermatology, this is a rare opportunity to grow your career with autonomy and mentorship. This role is ideal for an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) or Nurse Practitioner with a passion for general dermatology and an optional interest in cosmetic dermatology. Prior dermatology experience required.

Practice Overview

• You'll join a team that includes a Physician Assistant and dedicated support staff in a modern 8,000 sq. ft. clinic
• General dermatology focus with optional cosmetic procedures (injectables, fillers, Sculptra, Excel-V laser)
• MAs act as scribes; pathology sent out with strong support for communication and diagnosis accuracy
• Private practice model with potential for employment, partnership, or owner-financing

Schedule

• Flexible weekday hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM; optional half-day or full-day Fridays
• Optional Saturday aesthetic hours available
• No hospital or ED call; minimal clinic call, limited to your own patients
• Daily patient volume of 30-40 with robust MA and front-office support

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary up to $110,000 for 2 years, transitioning to a productivity model in year 3
• Up to $10,000 relocation allowance; sign-on bonus negotiable
• CME: 5 days and $2,500 annual allowance
• 20 PTO days + 8 paid holidays; malpractice with negotiable tail coverage

Candidate Requirements

• Board-certified APP or NP; experienced clinicians with prior dermatology experience.
• Interest in general dermatology required; cosmetics experience is optional
• Eager to work in a private practice environment
